Minh Nguyen leads the language-model systems behind Vy, the firm's digital advisor. His remit includes the information those systems draw on, how their responses are evaluated, and the limits placed on what they may do.
The primary engineering challenge is trust, not fluency. An advisor that invents a fee, rule or timeline creates more risk than one that says it cannot confirm an answer, so Minh's work concentrates on grounding, evaluation and clear operational guardrails.
Every action proposed through Vy is executed and confirmed by the platform rather than merely asserted by a model. That separation creates a clearer record and preserves appropriate human and system controls.
