Hoang Pham leads the Vietnam business, where disciplined follow-through matters more than speed alone.
Setup is only the first visible step. Accounting, tax, corporate and labour obligations begin immediately afterwards, and his emphasis is on making sure each matter has clear ownership, issues surface early and clients can see what is done and what still requires a decision.
It is an operational posture by design. The team is measured less by how quickly a company is opened than by whether the company remains in good order once it starts to trade, hire and report.
